  2. Each Member is solely responsible for payment of all taxes, legal compliances, statutory registrations and reporting. EVOL is in no way responsible for any of the taxes except for its own income tax.
  3. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  4. EVOL reserves the right to modify the fee structure by providing on the Website which shall be considered as valid and agreed communication.
  5. In order to process the payments, EVOL might require details of Memberā€™s bank account, credit card number etc.Ā

  1. RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND SHIPPING CHARGES

If the customer wishes to return our product, he/she can do so within 14 days. We will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customerā€™s account within 10 working days. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund:

  1. If the customers do not like our product, he/ she can send the product back to us within 14days. We will make sure to refund the entire amount back to customerā€™s account within 10 working days
  2. The refund will be applicable only if the product is shipped to the registered address within 14 days.
  3. This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all theĀ documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate.
  4. This policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like, customization, engraving, purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon.
  5. To initiate return,Ā we would send a ā€˜Return Packaging Kitā€™ toĀ the customer to pack the product in such packaging and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take atleast 7-10 working days. It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number.
  6. Once the product is received and successfully undergoes the quality check, the refund shall be done.
  7. 14 days refund policy is not applicable for gold coins, silver articles and gold rakhi. Ā Ā 

Refunds

Any refunds due by EVOL to the Member for non-availability of item(s) or for selection of alternate item(s) shall be made in the following manner:

  1. Credit card: The credit card account of the Member will be re-credited with the refund amount by EVOL. The refund amount will be credited to the Member's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or
  2. Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Member by EVOL within seven (7) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Member; or
  3. Cash or demand draft: If the Member has made an over the counter purchase by paying cash or demand draft, EVOL shall pay the refund amount to the Member through cash or demand draft within seven (7) business days after the receipt of the payment by EVOL.

Shipping & Delivery

IfĀ it is Ready to ship (available product ) we will deliver within 2-3 days,
If it is Make to order based on the design it will take time (minimum 20 days)

At the time of placing the order, the Member shall state the full name of the recipient as stated in his / her (receipientā€™s) government approved photo identification. At the point of delivery the recipient shall collect the product, by furnishing any one of the following government approved photo identification card:

  • Ration Card ( should be issued in the name of the Member / recipient );
  • Drivers License;
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) card;
  • Voters Identification card; or
  • Passport.

Delivery shall be made by the Company / courier agent only after the photo and name of the recipient is verified and confirmed by them. To ensure safe and secure delivery of the package the details of the government photo identification will be noted. The recipient of the package must cooperate with the courier agent by providing required and valid copies of his / her government approved photo identification.

In case the Member wants any other person to receive the delivery on his behalf he / she needs to specify details of the same at the point of ordering. All items shall be delivered directly to such person and under any circumstances whatsoever, the Member cannot change the recipient details after the order is processed.

The Member has the option to change the shipping address, before the product is actually shipped. In the event the Member wishes to change the shipping address, he / she has to log-in to his / her user account on the website and click on the "Change Shipping Address" button next to the shipping address and change the address. This "Change Shipping Address" icon will be active only till the order status changes to "Shipped". Once the order status changes "To Shipped" the "Change Shipping Address", link becomes inactive.

All shipping charges and other local charges shall be borne by the Company. Recipient accepting delivery should carefully examine the package delivered and shall not accept deliveries where the packaging has been tampered with. The recipient receiving the delivery also has the option to open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt. They shall not accept deliveries, where they find that the box is empty or the contents are damaged or the contents are not in accordance to the order placed.

The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in terms of the order placed with the Company. The Company is not liable to the Customer / recipient for any refund / replacement, under any circumstance, for any subsequent complaints with respect to such deliveries

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the Company / courier agent shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to EVOL. All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member.

Guarantee for delivery made by the Company is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency / errors in name or address will result in non delivery of the product.
